Requesting an Adobe License Quote
Overview
This section explains what to expect after you submit a request for an Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Creative Cloud license.
Step 1: Submit a
Quote Request
Submit a request through TeamDynamix specifying:
- The Adobe product needed (Acrobat or Creative Cloud)
- The number of licenses required
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by OIT.
Step 2: Receive and Review Your Quote
OIT will obtain a formal quote and attach it to your ticket. You will be notified when the quote is ready for review.
Please review the quote carefully to ensure it meets your needs.
Step 3: Confirm the Quote
Reply directly in the ticket to confirm whether the quote is correct or if you have questions. If you need clarification related to purchasing or funding, OIT may reference the
Technology Purchasing Guidelines.
Step 4: Complete the Purchase
Important: After the quote is confirmed, you (or your department) are responsible for submitting and completing the Purchase Order (PO) through the standard purchasing process.
Receiving & Accessing Your Adobe License
Overview
This section explains what happens after your Adobe license has been purchased.
Step 1: License Allocation by OIT
Once the purchase is complete, Adobe will allocate the license(s) to the college. OIT will receive confirmation and begin assigning the license to the appropriate user(s).
Step 2: Confirmation of License Holder
If needed, OIT may follow up to confirm who will be using the Adobe license(s).
Step 3: License Assignment & Software Access
After the license is assigned, the Adobe software will be available for installation through
Software Center.
Step 4: Install & Sign In
Install the Adobe software from Software Center and sign in using your college email address. If additional assistance is needed, reply to the original ticket.
Note: Adobe licenses are assigned only after purchase is completed. Availability and timelines may vary based on purchasing and vendor processing.
