The instructions below will guide you through the process of accessing your transcripts.
Inactive/Former Students: (Valencia defines this as a student who has not applied/registered for classes three or more semesters/terms ago.)
Official Transcript Request: Inactive students do not require a MyVC account to request Official transcripts; click here for more information about requesting official transcripts. If you have further questions or need assistance, contact Student Support Services.
Active/Current Students: (Valencia defines this as a student who has applied/registered for classes no longer than three semesters/terms ago)
Official Transcript Request: If you are an Active/Current student and want an official transcript, click here for more information on requesting one. If you need additional assistance, contact Student Support Services.
Unofficial Transcript Request (in MyVC):
If you haven't set up a MyVC account. You must do that first. Then login into MyVC and follow the instructions below.
NOTE: After you log in to MyVC it should look like the main screen below.

If you don't see the menu bar on the left, you may need to expand it by clicking the expand menu button as shown below.

You will then want to find and click on the "My Student Records" button and click on it to expand the menu further.

You will be presented with information options related to degree and transcript information. To see your unofficial Valencia transcript, click "Valencia College Unofficial Transcript," as shown below.
There will be two drop-down menus; you can make your preferred selections there.

Once both the "Transcript Level" and "Transcript Type" options are selected, the information will be output onscreen.
NOTE: You may need to scroll down to see all of it.
If you want to print or create a PDF of the transcript, click the "Print" button towards the top right of the screen.
NOTE: The Print/PDF options available will depend on your hardware and software.
