Administrative rights will only be granted for on-going/consistent work requirements (after review/approval). For one-time installs and/or updates requiring admin rights, the Service Desk may be contacted at 407-582-5555. 

Important Note:

• Please allow at least 10 business days for a response on these requests

• If admin rights are granted, it is device-specific and will only apply to your current device; therefore, if you are refreshed or receive a new device, you will have to submit a new request for local admin rights on the new device.
