New Project Request

INSTRUCTIONS (Please Read before proceeding):

  • Select the 'Start Project Request' button on the right to begin the project request.  
  • The Project Request has two (2) sections:
  • Section 1 is a questionnaire which will gather the business case/justification and high-level business requirements for the project.
    • Complete all prompts and select 'Save' to proceed to the next section.
    • If desired, you can Save and revisit later for edits prior to final submission.

When ready to submit, select 'Review and Submit this Request' to continue to Section 2.

  • Section 2 is the final submission process. 
    • If available, upload related documentation via the 'Files' tab on the left.
    • Select 'Mark Complete and Submit'
    • If no documentation is uploaded, an 'Incomplete Sections' message will be presented.  Select 'Mark Complete and Submit' to bypass the message and finish the submission process.
