Report a Canvas issue

Report a Canvas General Issue.  For questions on how to use Canvas, you can self-enroll in Canvas 101 self-paced course. Also, Faculty can visit a Center for Teaching/Learning Innovation near you.

Please note: In case of a system outage you can check status updates directly from Instructure Status Page.

• Course CRN - Indicate the CRN for the course in Canvas. This will usually be 5 digits. (Example: 11225)
• Description - Provide details of the issue that you are having. Include browser and operating system (OS) used.
• Steps to repeat the issue - Please be as detailed as possible
• Attach Screenshot (Optional)
