Add a Student, Faculty or Staff to a credit course

Description

Faculty can request to permanently add a student, faculty or staff under the Teacher, Student or Designer roles in a credit course in Canvas. (This does not apply to sandboxes). All other roles can be assigned without submitting a ticket.
Please note: This request must be completed by the faculty on record for the course or the department Dean. 

Requirements
  • Atlas Username - For the person you would like to add to the course
  • Role - Select which role the user will have in the credit course
  • Semester - Indicate the semester for the course in Canvas This will usually be 6 digits. (Example: 201820)
  • Course CRN - Indicate the CRN for the course in Canvas. This will usually be 5 digits. (Example: 11225)
