Access Duration & Deprovisioning
Access to Office 365 is provided only while an individual maintains an active relationship with Valencia College.
- Students: Access is available during active enrollment. Office 365 access is removed following graduation, withdrawal, or loss of active student status.
- Faculty and Staff: Access is available during active employment. Office 365 access is removed following separation from the College.
Users are responsible for retaining any personal data prior to the end of their affiliation with the College.
