Note: You can access Office 365 Applications either through the website office.com or by installing the applications as noted below. Then, use your Valencia email and password to sign in.
Install and set up Office on an iPhone or iPad
The centralized Office 365 App for iOS combines Word, Excel, and PowerPoint into one app.
Click here to download it, or search for “ Microsoft 365 Office “ in your device’s App Store and click “Get” to download.
*NOTE: Alternatively, you can search the App Store for the particular Office App (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to install the individual Office apps on your iPhone or iPad.
Signing into Office 365 Products:
Once installed, when you open the application, you must click “Sign In” to sign in with your Valencia account/email and password.
(Example: username@valenciacollege.edu or username@mail.valenciacollege.edu )
Using Office 365:
If you have any saved documents linked to your account, they will show up on the main screen. If you wish to create new documents, click the Create button on the bottom right and select the application type you want to use.
