Below are information and instructions if you are a Former student and can't log in, or in general if you get an error message that indicates your MyVC Valencia Account is Locked or Disabled
Account Locked:
If you make several unsuccessful attempts within a short period to access your account, your account may be locked temporarily. You will need to wait 30 minutes, and make sure you are typing your entire Valencia email address to sign in.
If it indicates an incorrect password or it has been a while since changing your password, you will want to reset your password using the password reset instructions here.
Account Disabled:
Make sure you are typing your entire Valencia email address to sign in. If it still doesn't work or it has been a while, you will want to reset your password using the password reset instructions here.
NOTE:
If you are a Student, and ONLY a student, your account will end in:
@mail.valenciacollege.edu
Example sign-in: yourusername@mail.valenciacollege.edu
If you are Employed or have a Vendor account with Valencia College in any way: Faculty, Staff, Workstudy, or a V_ Vendor account, the email address will end in:
@valenciacollege.edu
Example sign-in: yourusername@valenciacollege.edu
NOTE: If it indicates an incorrect password, you will want to reset your password using the password reset instructions here as it may be expired or incorrect.

Former Students
If you are a former (inactive) Valencia College student, which is someone who has not registered for classes in three or more semesters/terms, you must reapply for admission before you can access your Atlas account. Inactive students do not require an MyVC account to request official transcripts; click here for more information about requesting official transcripts.
