Account Locked:
If there are several failed login attempts on your account, it will automatically temporarily lock itself for 30 minutes to protect your account. You can either wait 30 minutes before trying again or unlock the account yourself using this article:

Reminder: Use your entire email address when signing into Valencia resources (MyVC, Canvas, Office 365 products, etc)

Inactive Account:
If you have not taken a course at Valencia for more than three semesters, your account is automatically deactivated. You will have to
reapply to Valencia College to regain access to courses and resources.
After you have been accepted, you will need to
create your MyVC account again.
Inactive students may request official transcripts
