Engaging UCF IT Support for Downtown Campus Technical Needs

Technical support for the Valencia/UCF Downtown Campus is provided by the University of Central Florida's (UCF's) Information Technology (IT) division. 

Follow the process below to engage UCF IT Support for assistance.

Process:

  1. Send an email with request details to itsupport@ucf.edu
  2. When the email is received, a ticket will be automatically opened within UCF's ServiceNow system.
  3. ServiceNow will send a confirmation email back to the requester, including the assigned ServiceNow Ticket number.
  4. Utilize the email confirmation to communicate with UCF IT Support as needed regarding the request.
