You can access the “Submit Work Request” button via https://valenciacollege.edu/employees/plant-operations/
If you experience login issues, please facilitate the following:
Close all open Internet browser windows/sessions, then open a browser and go to https://portal.office.com
When prompted, sign in using your @valenciacollege.edu email and network password.
Please confirm you’re logged in w/your @valenciacollege.edu account.
(Click on your account icon at the top right of the portal page to verify the correct account)
If you see your @mail.valenciacollege.edu account, sign out of Office 365 and close any open browser sessions.
Then go to https://portal.office.com and try signing in again (with your @valenciacollege.edu account).
Once you’ve confirmed you’re logged into Office 365 with the correct account, go to https://valenciacollege.edu/employees/plant-operations/ and click “Submit Work Request”
You should see the following screen open
