If you experience login issues, please facilitate the following:


Close all open Internet browser windows/sessions, then open a browser and go to


When prompted, sign in using your email and network password.

Please confirm you’re logged in w/your account.


(Click on your account icon at the top right of the portal page to verify the correct account)

If you see your account, sign out of Office 365 and close any open browser sessions.


Then go to and try signing in again (with your account).


Once you’ve confirmed you’re logged into Office 365 with the correct account, go to and click “Submit Work Request”

You should see the following screen open
