The new O365 Outlook web address is www.outlook.com.
You can access your @valenciacollege.edu or your @mail.valenciacollege.edu email online using the following procedure:
- You will be directed to the Microsoft Outlook Live page.
- Click on the 'Sign in' link at the center or upper right corner of the screen. You will then be directed to the Microsoft Sign in page. Enter your @valenciacollege.edu or mail.valenciacollege.edu email in the sign in box and click on 'Next'.
- The website will automatically redirect to Valencia College's organizational account. Enter the email entered above and Atlas password to continue.
- Click 'Yes' to keep your account signed in so that you do not have to sign in again when returning to the Outlook.com website. Once this is completed you will be logged into your Valencia email.
- When visiting the website you might be automatically logged into the last account you used (@mail.valenciacollege.edu or @valenciacollege.edu).
- If you are sent to the wrong account you will need to logout using the following procedure. If it is the correct account no further steps are required.
To switch accounts please use the following procedure:
- Navigate to the circle icon with either your initials or a picture of yourself on the upper right hand side of the screen.
- Choose the option to 'Sign Out' in order to exit this mailbox.
- Next wait while the browser signs you out of the account. Once signed out you will need to close your browser and access the Outlook site again.
- Follow the first and second step of this article again.
- On revisiting the site again you will now be prompted to select the appropriate Valencia email account: yourname@valenciacollege.edu or yourname@mail.valenciacollege.edu

- The website will automatically redirect to Valencia College's organizational account.
- Enter your email and Atlas password.
- You will be redirected to your O365 Outlook email inbox.
