Faculty Info - Missing Faculty Tab in Atlas

If you do not have the Faculty tab in your Atlas account and you are a faculty member (you must be an Active employee, be set up to teach courses for the given term, and have courses assigned to you), please contact your academic department.

If you are not a faculty member, please have your supervisor complete the Faculty Tab and My Education Plan Access Request Form.  To access the form, your supervisor will need to:

  1. Log in to Atlas
  2. Click on the Employees tab
  3. Click on Service Requests inside the Employee Support channel
  4. Click on Faculty Tab and My Education Plan Access Request Form
  5. Complete the form and click Next
  6. Electronically sign the form
  7. You will receive two e-mails as the form goes through the process
    1. Confirmation of successful form submission
    2. Notification that your request has been processed
  8. Notify your employee that access has been granted and have them verify their access (NOTE: the employee may need to clear their browser’s history/cache and log back into Atlas to see the tab).
