SSB9 EPAF Workaround

EPAF (Electronic Personnel Action Form) in the new SSB9 is not working. While that is being addressed, you can still use the SSB8 version to properly submit a EPAF using the instructions below. 
 
  1. On the SSB9 EPAF page, click on the Home button (circled below):

  2. Click on the Employee Menu on the bottom right- hand corner, under My Activities:


     
  3. There you will see the Employee Main Menu from the old platform. Click on Electronic Personnel Action Forms to get to the previous EPAF main page:

     
  4. You will then be brought to the Electronic Personnel Action Form
