First Time Setup Printing on your Mac
Install Mobility Print App
- The PaperCut MobilityPrint App must be installed on your Mac to be able to print, to install the app please CLICK HERE
- Perform the steps in order as indicated on that page
- You should receive a notification when your printers are installed. When it’s time to print, just print like you normally do.
Please note: The first time that you print, you will be prompted to sign-in. Please use your Atlas username and password.
Printing from your Mac
1. To print from your Mac, select Print and select the Printer named "Employee Print [PaperCut Follow Me Printing] (Mobility)"
2. Once your job is submitted to the printer it will be held in Queue for 48 hours. Jobs not printed after 48 hours are automatically deleted.
3. To release and print your job, Login to the MFD (Lanier or Epson printer) with your Proximity ID Card or Enter your Atlas Username/Password on the MFD:
4. After login, you can press "Print all" to release all held jobs, or Select "Print Release".
5. The Print Release screen allows you to print or delete one job at a time as well as switch job to grayscale or 2-sided.
