RESETTING DESK PHONE
If you are experiencing any manner of issue with your phone (no dial tone, callers not being able to hear you, etc...), please RESET your phone. To reset your phone, turn the phone over and disconnect the cable attached to the “LAN” port(indicated by the red arrow in the fig.2). The phone should now be powered off. While pressing the ‘ok’ and ‘menu’ buttons (indicated by the red arrows in the fig. 1) simultaneously, re-connect the LAN cable. Keep holding ‘ok’ and ‘menu’ until the phone displays “The phone will restart!” The phone will reset shortly. You will be presented with several screens, indicating that the phone will restart, it is updating configuration, and configuring the network connectivity.fig.1

You will then have to set the time zone fig.3, time format fig.4, and date format fig.5.

SIGNING IN TO DESK PHONE WITH PIN
The audiocodes phones are stand-alone and thus can only be signed in using a pin.

You can do this by pressing the ‘sign in button’ on the phone fig.6.
You will then select the first option ‘1. PIN code’ fig.7

Once you have selected the sign in you will be required to enter your phone number fig.8 which will usually be indicated by a label affixed to the phone.

After you enter the number press the down key to highlight the ‘pin’ field and enter your pin (usually the last four numbers of your phone number)

Press the sign in button fig.9 and your device will be signed in and ready to use.
