2. Then click "Forgot Password"

Complete the form and click Next.

Use your full Valencia email address:

• If you forgot your password, select "I forgot my password"
• If you need to unlock your account, select "I know my password, but still can't sign in"

→ If you selected "I forgot my password"
1. Select the verification method available to you and verify yourself.
2. Set your password and confirm it, then click "Finish"

Password Requirements:

• All passwords are required to meet the “strong password” definition.
• Passwords must be at least eight characters in length.
• Passwords must have a combination of: Upper case letter(s), Lower case letter(s), Number(s), and special character(s).
• Passwords cannot contain a dictionary word.
• Passwords cannot contain all or part of your user id.
• Passwords cannot match any of your ten previous passwords.

Select the verification method available to you and verify yourself.
Your account will be unlocked.
