6-06 Student Activity Fee Expenditures

Policy Statement:

1. Expenditures from student fees for student activities, programs and services shall be according to a budget prepared jointly by students and college staff and approved by the President. These funds should be expended for lawful purposes to benefit the student body in general in accordance with College Policy 6Hx28:02-01. Budget managers (faculty or staff members) shall be appointed for student activities, programs and services so financed.

    

2. Budget managers for organizations/clubs shall be appointed by the President, campus presidents, or a designee for each activity, program or services financed from student activity funds.
