An annual calendar shall be adopted establishing a schedule for the operation of the College which shall be in compliance with Rules of the State Board of Education, Florida Statutes, standards of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and the policies of the District Board of Trustees. Deviation from the adopted calendar may be made only by approval of the president.

The president or a designee is authorized to approve starting and ending dates for all continuing professional education courses and other courses with starting and ending dates different from regular sessions as established in the college calendar.
