Step 1: Log In to MyVC at https://myvc.valenciacollege.edu/
Step 2: Use the MyVC Search box at the top middle of the page and type VC Forms. Once the search results populate, click the VC Forms link.

Step 4: Click the "Banner - User Account Request Form Request Forms" link.
Step 3: Complete the BANNER User Account Request Form. Make sure to Select the 'Delete Employee Access' Option
