Enrollment data and course search have been moved to PowerBi. Below is how and where to access these resources.
Where/How to Access Power Bi
Select how you want to access the report:
Web Browser
1) Open your web browser
2) Go to [
app.powerbi.com]
3) If prompted, sign-in with your Valencia credentials
4) Reports available to you will be on the left menu
Teams
1) Open
Microsoft Teams or go to [
Teams.Microsoft.com] in your preferred web browser
2) If prompted, sign-in with your Valencia credentials
3) On the left side bar, click the ellipsis

4) Search for "
Power Bi" and click on the resulting option
5) (Optional) You may 'pin' it to the side bar for ease of future use by
right click on it, then click
Pin
6) Reports available to you will be on the left menu
Mobile Device
1) Search your phone's app store for "Power Bi" and install it
2) Open the Power Bi app and sign-in using your Valencia credentials
Once logged in, your home page will display your favorite dashboards, recent reports, and activity feeds.
3) Tap the Apps icon in the navigation menu to locate specific reports you can access
4) Tap any visual within a report or dashboard to open it in Focus Mode for a closer look, or use filters to drill down into the data.

How to Access Reports
- Access Power Bi using the instructions in the above previous section
- On the left menu, click "Apps in Power Bi"
- Click "Courses & Enrollment Data"
