The PlantOps support system uses your Office 365 account to login
To access and submit a ticket, confirm you are logged into Office 365 using your username @valenciacollege.edu account.
You can confirm by opening https://portal.office.com
If you’re prompted to login, use your username @valenciacollege.edu account
If you are not prompted to login into Office 365 and the portal page opens up…
Click on your account picture at the top right corner of the page to confirm you’re logged in with your @valenciacollege.edu account.
If you see your username @mail.valenciacollege.edu, click “Sign Out” and close all open browser windows
Launch the page again (https://portal.office.com) and login using your username @valenciacollege.edu
Confirm the account is correct (@valenciacollege.edu account)
Once you’ve cleaned up your Office 365 access, you can submit a request anytime via the following:

From your Office 365 “MyApps” portal, launch the VC.SchoolDude app.
