Internal tactical operating plans, protocols, guidelines, forms, catalogs, handbooks, and related procedures are internal policies or practices that apply to the various operating units, administrative structures, programs, or other positions of the College. These internal policies or practices do not have the broad scope or institution-wide application and they are still considered official of their respective areas.
