Policy Statement:
The District Board of Trustees and the President have determined that the award of college credit (from regionally accredited institutions) shall be based on the standards of good practice in accordance with the Commission on Colleges, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the American Council on Education, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, and the National Association of Foreign Student Administrators.
Coursework taken on a noncredit basis will be awarded when there is documentation that the noncredit coursework is equivalent to a designated credit experience.
