Policy Statement:
- Upon recommendation of the Valencia College (“College”) President, the District Board of Trustees will establish such bank depositories as are necessary for efficient operation of the College.
- All accounts of such depositories shall be in the name of the District Board of Trustees.
- Satisfactory security for all monies deposited will be as required in Chapter 136, Florida Statutes.
