Policy:

1. It is the intent of the District Board of Trustees that a management and accountability process be implemented that provides for the systematic, ongoing improvement and assessment of the quality and efficiency of Valencia College. Accordingly, the College President shall develop and implement a strategic plan to improve and evaluate the instructional and administrative effectiveness of the College. The District Board of Trustees shall be provided with periodic reports indicating progress towards the performance of goals established by the Strategic Plan. These reports will indicate trends over time. Accordingly, the College President will prepare an annual accountability reports timetable setting forth the types and presentation dates of each report to the District Board of Trustees.
