Policy Statement:

 

  1. The president or designee is authorized to establish admission prices for all college sponsored activities that may include, but not be limited to events, plays, concerts, and lectures. The rates charged for admission shall include sales tax if required by and in accordance with Florida laws and rules.

     

  2. Accounting and reporting procedures consistent with applicable state laws and college procedures shall be maintained for each event.

     

  3. The College is authorized to sell tickets to events for the benefit of the Valencia College Foundation, Inc. to fund an endowment for fine arts and performing arts programs of the College.
