Policy Statement:

 

  1. Auxiliary enterprise funds and undesignated gifts may be spent for the benefit of the College for:

     

    1. Promotion and public relations, including but not limited to: graduation, visiting committees, orientation and work conferences, human resource recruitment, meetings, receptions, and guest speakers.

       

    2. Hospitality of business guests at the College and elsewhere. Such hospitality expenditures shall not exceed the amount authorized for such purpose by State Board of Education Rules.

       

  2. Funds expended under the provision of this policy may be disbursed at the discretion of the president. All funds used for such purposes shall be transferred to the General Current Fund (Fund One) and included in the approved operating budget of the College.
