Policy Statement:
These governance policies may be amended at any regular or special meeting of the District Board of Trustees (“Board”) by an affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the District Board of Trustees if the amendment has been properly and publicly noticed in accordance with applicable law, prior to the meeting at which the amendment is to be voted upon. Any provision of these governance policies may be suspended, not contrary to law, at any regular or special meeting - for that meeting only - by the unanimous consent of all duly appointed members of the Board, who must be present.
