If you need to change your Atlas password (this includes your Office 365 / Valencia Email) for any reason, please follow these steps to get it reset.
Go to www.valenciacollege.edu and click on 'sign in' and select 'Atlas'.
From here please click on 'Forgot Password?"
You should see a pop up window prompting you to enter your information, go ahead and fill it out. If you want to submit your VID you will need to enter a capital 'V' before the numbers.
Next you'll have to answer the secret question that you set up when making your atlas account. After that you'll be greeted with a setup for a new password that must meet the following requirements:
- Passwords must be at least eight characters in length.
- Passwords must consist of a combination of three (3) of the following four (4) categories: Upper case letters, Lower case letters, Numerals and special characters.
- Passwords cannot contain a dictionary word.
- Passwords cannot contain all or part of your user id.
- Passwords cannot match any of your ten previous passwords.
After finishing this process please wait 5 minutes for the new password to properly sync with all the systems before attempting to sign in. Your new password will apply to your Atlas account, Valencia Email/Office 365 account, and your Valencia issued Windows computer.
