Step 0: Opening OneDrive
You can open the OneDrive app by clicking on the Windows Search box or clicking the Windows/Start menu icon onscreen or on the keyboard, then typing OneDrive. You should then see and be able to click on the OneDrive icon from there.
NOTE: If you have never set up OneDrive before on your device, you will be prompted to enter your Valencia email address and password. If you need additional information on the initial setup for OneDrive, you can use

Steps 1-6: Syncing OneDrive files to your Device
The OneDrive icon will then show up on the bottom right of the taskbar. (If you don't see it, you may need to click the arrow/caret ^ icon in that area)
For the following Steps, see the photos below for reference:
Step 1: Click on the OneDrive Icon (Normally on the bottom right of the Taskbar)
Step 2: Then click on the settings/gear icon in the OneDrive app, then select "settings" in the following menu
Step 3: Click "Account"
Step 4: Click "choose folders"
Step 5: You should see a list of your OneDrive Folders. You may need to scroll down to see the "homefolder" there. Then check the box next to "homefolder", and click "OK" to have it sync to your device. (Depending on the amount and size of the files, as well as the speed of your Internet connection, this may take a while.)
NOTE: You can also select other folders to sync, or if you wish to sync all your folders and files, you can do so by clicking the box next to "Sync all the files and folders" on this same screen.

Once the files are synced, you will be able to access them in the homefolder directory within OneDrive.
Web/Browser Access:
You can also access these files in a web browser through https://onedrive.live.com/login by using your Valencia email address and password.
