How to Find Your Username or VID Number

Did you forget or lose your username? This article has the steps on recovering it.

Did you forget your VID number? It's also located on the back of your Valencia ID card. If you don't have it, this article will also get your VID number too.

Need help finding your Username or VID?

 

Please join the  Zoom session with OIT Service Desk Technical Support to get your Valencia College username or VID number.

Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST

Please have your driver's license, Valencia ID, or other government-issued ID with a picture. (For example, a drivers License, Passport, Etcetera) to verify your identity.

Note: If you are a former (inactive) Valencia College student, you will need to reapply for admission. Inactive is defined as someone who has not registered for classes in three or more semesters/terms. If that is the case, you will need to reapply for admission before you can recreate your MyVC account.
