Below are instructions on how to enter final grades using the Faculty Grade Entry page access via Atlas.

Atlas Faculty Grade Entry
- Log in to Atlas
- Click on the Faculty tab
- Click on the Faculty Services link inside the Faculty channel/box :
- Click on Final/Midterm Grades
You will be directed to the Faculty Grade Entry page:
Grading Status Icons:
- No Grades have been entered for students in the course. You may enter the Last Date of Attendance.
- Some Grades have been entered for students in the course. You may enter the Last Date of Attendance.
- All Grades have been entered for students in the course. You may enter the Last Date of Attendance.
You can click on the up/down arrows beside the CRN heading to sort by CRN.
You can select to display more/less CRNs by selecting the number you want displayed. You will see the option on the right side of the screen below the list of CRNs.
- The page should default to Final Grades; if it does not, click on the Final Grades tab. You will see all the courses you have taught in the past as well as the courses you are currently teaching.
- Locate the course you wish to enter final grades for and click on it.
- Once you click on a course, students will be displayed below the list of CRNs.
- Depending on the number of courses being displayed, you may need to scroll down to see the roster for the course selected.
- Once you have selected a student, click on the field with the down arrow under “Final Grade” and update the grade.
- Final grades of I, W, F require a last date of attendance to be entered.
- Final Grade of ‘Not Gradable’ indicate the student is withdrawn from the course, grade cannot be updated. The last date of attendance is required for withdrawn students.
- Once you click on save, you should see the following message on the top-right corner of the screen.
