This article addresses how to handle a call that involves issues/questions with the Ad Astra system. This system is cloud based.

- Lake Nona: Michael Blackburn
- West: Neisa Fetes
Note:
- If it is a functional question on how to use the tool or a user needs access, the user should reach out directly to their campus operations manager via email.
- If needed, EAS should work with the named admin to open a ticket with Ad Astra.
