TROUBLESHOOTING LOG-IN ISSUES:

For faculty who report log-in issues, please attempt the following:

• Confirm that faculty are using the access code included in the invitation e-mail.

• Verify whether faculty are using the "copy and paste" method to enter the access code. Often, this method generates leading or trailing spaces in the access code field. Suggest that faculty make a second attempt by manually typing in the access code.

• If faculty continue to have log-in failures, please contact center@ccsse.org.
